About the position
The role as Customer Success Specialist is an entry level position for newly HRgraduates with an opportunity to grow within HR project management.
When customers join our HR system the Customer Success team is responsible for the onboarding. As a Customer Success Specialist you will project manage the implementation of the system for our customers enhance their HR practices and educate managers in the system.You will support customersin the German market as well as the Swedish market.
In this role you will become an expert in our HR system through close collaboration with our developers to continuously improve the system and its functionalities. You will represent HR departments needs internally thereby enabling the system to be the absolute best in the market!
What are we looking for
Fluent in German & Swedish (professional level) with great English skills (speech and writing).
Newly graduated HRstudent with postsecondary education in HR or equivalent degree.
Experience within HR/equivalent during studies is beneficial.
Great communication skills.
