Tasks

Your responsibilities:

Eucalyptus is looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join as an Junior Operations Manager in our Germany team. Were looking for someone who is data and processdriven loves solving problems and embraces a continuous improvement mindset. You also need to enjoy working navigating uncertainty with both internal and external stakeholders.

In operations we think about three things: quality safety and efficiency.

Do our patients receive the highest quality interactions Do we maintain our high safety standards as we grow Are there ways to increase our efficiency and reduce COGS while not compromising on quality or safety

Your work as Junior Operations Manager will be a mixture of BAU and project based work to improve the above three areas as we scale. Youll dive deep on a problem using data to truly understand it weigh potential solutions and then execute. Youll build solutions that are good enough then iterate.

Examples of projects you may own include:

• Identify patient pain points and design processes to deliver a better service level
• Design a dashboard and roll out a management framework for our healthcare practitioners and patient experience team
• Support the pharmacy and fulfilment team in building the fulfilment process for scale to go from shipping hundreds of orders per day to thousands
• Assess manual tasks that are driving yield loss for our health coaching team and use no code solutions to increase utilisation
• Were growing quicker than expectedget stuck into hiring or head to our pharmacy for a few days to help the team pack boxes!

Requirements

About You:

• 23 years experience in operations consulting or strategy role or in a fastpaced ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional analytics and problemsolving skills.
• Passionate about changing healthcare to improve the lives of patients.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and decisionmaking skills with experience running endtoend projects.
• Resilience and ability to take initiative and drive outcomes in our constantly changing fastpaced environment.
• Ability to work openly challenge respectfully share insights freely and own your mistakes.
