• Actively represent and promote our exclusive line of orthopedic products directly to orthopedic surgeons.
  
• Establish nurture and grow relationships with orthopedic surgeons ensuring we understand and meet their specific requirements.
  
• Coordinate and attend events seminars and workshops that target orthopedic surgeons.
  
• Provide indepth product information demonstrations and support to this specialized audience.
  
• Collaborate with our sales and product teams to hone marketing strategies that resonate with the orthopedic surgeon community.
  
• Keep a keen eye on market trends gathering feedback and understanding preferences from orthopedic surgeons to guide potential product enhancements.
  
• Diligently prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly reports to the higherups.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related discipline.
  
• Previous experience in the orthopedic or medical device marketing sector especially with direct engagements with orthopedic surgeons.
  
• Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  
• Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Capable of working autonomously and within a team.
