We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Travel Concierge. As a Travel Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by assisting with travel arrangements reconfirmations and reservations. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless and memorable travel experience for our clients.



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all reconfirmations are completed promptly and accurately.

  • Conduct outbound calls to reconfirm bookings with various suppliers including hotels helicopters trains transfers taxis car rentals and direct suppliers.

  • Proactively explore options to accommodate advance or urgent reservations based on customer requests.

  • Verify availability and make bookings for activities hotels & restaurant reservations

  • Resolve cases within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails from clients agencies suppliers or relevant departments.

  • Create a case for each client request or concern and assign it to the Back Office (BO) with all necessary documentation and details for efficient resolution.

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing emails updating tickets or closing them on the Dashboard accordingly.

  • Foster effective team collaboration in distributing tasks to mitigate the risk of potential backlogs.




Requirements

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills adept in both written and verbal communication.

  • Demonstrated strength in organizational and timemanagement capabilities.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment adept at effectively prioritizing tasks.

  • Proficiency in utilizing a variety of communication and booking systems.

  • Prior experience in customer service or a travelrelated role is highly desirable.

  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as necessary.

  • Experience in the travel industry particularly with platforms like Expedia is advantageous.

  • Knowledge or background in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a valuable asset.

  • Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Requirements: 1. Proficiency in using the Galileo GDS platform is essential. 2. Previous experience working as a travel consultant, travel agent, or in a similar role is highly desirable. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling travel bookings and client information. 6. Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel-related services. 7. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. 8. Relevant certifications or training in Galileo GDS operations and procedures is a plus.
