Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children Clarifi Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a fulltime Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position guarantees fulltime hours through the end of the year with potential placement opportunities within the school district based on performance.

As an SLPA you will provide support to the educational process by supplementing and enhancing speech and language pathology services. Your responsibilities will include conducting screenings implementing treatment plans documenting progress assisting with assessments and supporting various speechlanguage pathology tasks under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).

Job Duties Include:

1. Conducting speechlanguage screenings using ageappropriate protocols developed by the supervising SLP.
   
2. Implementing treatment plans or protocols developed by a supervising SLP.
   
3. Documenting progress and reporting information to the supervising SLP.
   
4. Assisting the SLP during assessments and performing clerical duties.
   
5. Acting as an interpreter for nonEnglishspeaking families when competent to do so.
   
6. Scheduling activities and maintaining records.
   
7. Performing equipment checks and maintenance.
   
8. Assisting with research projects inservice training and education.
   

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Language Pathology.
  
• Current SLPA License with license reimbursement available.
