Senior Digital Finance Solution Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Finance Solution Manager for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $57 to $65 based on experience.
4month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Remote schedule: 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project to create requirements that translate vision into valueadded outcomes.
Independently assess and map current state processes within Finance to identify solutions that address all root causes and meet business needs.
Lead the analysis validation of financial and analytic results and testing effort for new developments to ensure solutions are delivered with the highest quality.
Communicate effectively and timely with internal clients including engagement status solutioning options demo presentations recommendations and outcomes.
Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting the successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Manage backlog and elaborate on user stories.
Identify and track benefits of opportunities in our pipeline and delivered solutions to demonstrate value to stakeholders.
Design and develop streamlined valueadded solutions leveraging technology such as Excel Tableau and Python to optimize processes and efficiency.
Research and analyze the market users and product roadmap.
Stay updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
What you will need to succeed:
Professional accounting designation (CPA CA CGA CMA) is preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
Experience in insurance or banking industry is advantageous.
Advanced skills in using Excel (including Power Query).
Familiarity with Power Query VBA and AI.
Knowledge of Macro/VBA Tableau Python SQL and Longview is advantageous.
Knowledge of Lean Agile processes and principles (Scrum Kanban Process design and Value optimization).
Ability to organize prioritize and make decisions that require innovative thinking.
Excellent relationship management skills to service a diverse group of stakeholders and clients.
Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills.
Proficiency in problemsolving analytics and task execution.
Creative thinker with a vision and a strong desire to learn new skills.
Take initiative and attention to detail.
