Job Title: HRTO Analyst

Location: Dallas or Tampa FL (On site)

Duration: 8 Months contract

Experience: 4 Years

Education level: All education level

Job function: Human Resources

Client Will Prefer candidates who are local to Tampa FL over others.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Data entry responsibilities including the importing cleaning and validation of staff and organizational data Interface with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry.
  • Provide input to requirements process flows and design documents to help ensure that platform configuration is aligned with business needs
  • Develop and maintain scheduled and hoc reports queries and dashboards to support all areas of HR Provide metrics and analytics to support business needs by compiling transforming and visualizing data
  • Troubleshoot research and resolve system issues and inquires via various hotlines and mailboxes.
  • Assist end users with system functionality and features Support various HR business processes such as goal setting performance review comp cycles etc.
  • Develop deliver and maintain training for endusers managers and ins
  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect business processes Drive the organization to selfservice model by automating the delivery of reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementation and future releases.
  • Participate in the Global Transformation of the HR System to the next generation

Experience:

24 years HRIS or related experience

Must have:

  • The candidate must have a solid understanding of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). This includes the ability to navigate the system efficiently for data entry reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Strong data management skills are essential including data entry cleaning validation and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential for compiling transforming and analysing HR data to provide meaningful insights and support decisionmaking.
  • Experience in developing and executing test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementation.
