GCP Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in Google cloud migration and build secured & resilient network services.

• Designs and configures virtual networks (VPCs subnets) firewalls VPNs and load balancers using IaaC (Terraform/Ansible).

• Design & deploy GCP network service/infrastructure meeting security compliance and resiliency.

• Implement network security controls and monitoring using Terraform.

• Network security hardening monitor & alerting services using Ansible.

• Periodic review to update network standards security standards cost optimization.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues propose & implement solutions for stable environment.

Core Experience:

• 6 years of Google cloud migration and building network infrastructure for large clients.

• 6 years of building cloud networking and setting up resilient & secured connectivity.

• 4 years of Infrastructure as a Code using Terraform Ansible & Cloud Deployment Manager.

• 4 years of CI GitLab / CD Octopus for infrastructure/network deployments.

• Linux troubleshooting e.g. networking performance issues.

• Good documentation skills and knowledge sharing with team.

Minimum qualifications:

• Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer & Terraform Associate certifications.

• Bachelors degree or above majoring in Computer Science or related fields.

• Must be responsible interpersonal selfstarter excellent communicator and problem solver.

• Motivated learner without requiring constant supervision.
