QA Lead

1.Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers providing guidance and support to ensure highquality deliverables.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes tailored to the unique requirements of the life domain.

3. Plan prioritize and execute testing activities including functional regression integration automation and performance testing.

4. Drive automation efforts to improve efficiency and test coverage leveraging appropriate tools and frameworks

5. Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Prepare and present comprehensive QA reports and documentation including test plans test cases and defect tracking to stakeholders.

7. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium cucumberruby)

8. Deep understanding of the life domain industry and related products/services.

9. Life Insurance domain is Preferred

10. P&C Insurance Experience is also good to have

11. Automation knowledge in Selenium

12. Experience implementing bdd framework
