• Independently partner with crossfunctional team members in the conceptualization and delivery of our employeefocused products and digital experiences
• Create highquality interaction and visual design to improve ease of use discoverability and comprehension while being able to meet requirements timelines and tell the story of the work Leverage and extend the use of established design system style guide patterns and assets in the creation of UX analysis solutions and deliverables
• Develop a deep understanding of our target users their pain points and business goals. Translate these insights into effective design strategies that align with our overall product vision.
• Make design decisions based on insights and advocate for continuous learning and the inclusion of metrics
• Present compelling and actionable insights and recommendations to multiple teams and leaders across the organization

• New initiatives

• Designing employee facing material
• Publishing work in the enterprisewide employee job infostructure to show what the jobs are at PayPal and what the jobs mean
• Refreshing the framework of how jobs are defined at PayPal
• The launch will be in July and employee communication as soon as may
• Redesigning HR processes that are on the companies intranet to amp up HR content that can be boring and make it more intriguing

• Creating enticing material that will drive the next workforce that comes through PayPal
