Position: Business Head

Location: Uganda

Education: Degree B.Tech / Engineering / masters degree in business administration marketing or a related field.

Experience: 710years of progressive experience in managerial or leadership roles within the printing and packaging industry.

1. Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of printing technologies packaging materials market trends and client requirements.

2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals drive growth and maintain competitiveness.

4. Financial Management: Manage P&L budgeting and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainability.

5. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Quality Control: Oversee and implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in printing and packaging.

7. Team Building: Recruit train and lead a skilled team promoting professional development and a positive workplace culture.

8. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities threats and industry trends adapting strategies accordingly.

9. Innovation: Encourage and implement innovative solutions to enhance product offerings and stay ahead in the market.

10. Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal teams clients and stakeholders to convey the companys vision and objectives.
