Qualification: B. Tech Mechanical

Experience: 15 Years

Location: Himachal Pradesh

Major experience should be in Mechanical Maintenance Like Pumps Gear Box Piping Projects Mechanical Seals Commissioning and negotiation skills.

Candidateds From Textile or Chemical Industries will be prefered .

Detailed Responsibilities :

1) Mechanical department management & fulfilling the process requirements related to the plant.

2) To Plan direct and coordinate all mechanical maintenance .

3) Implementing safety initiatives in mechanical .

4) Ensuring smooth Running of utility plant by maintaining all equipments and Process operating maximum possible efficiency and training of Suboriginates.

5) Facilitate development and capacity building of the mechanical team by trainings.

6) Corresponded with GOVT authority as and when required.

7) To prepare root cause analysis of breakdowns and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

8) Create Team culture through delegation and individual accountabilities.

9) Develop alternate suppliers to supply quality spares with minimum cost.

10) To prepare proposals & implementation of energy saving potential schemes to reduce energy cost.

11) Monitor Preventive Predictive and Break down maintenance activities of Mechanical department.

12) To work for the compliance of all Utility compliances as per the guidance of immediate superior.

13) To maintain tools & tackles required for routine & Non routine jobs.

14) Carrying out all IMS related jobs

15) Analysis & Review Energy Consumption
