ROLE DESCRIPTION This is a head level position where you shall work with the core leadership team and shall be responsible for independently driving the franchisee development activities for the organization as per business needs. This role will report directly to the Head Operations ROLES and
RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Identifying Potential Franchisees: Lead team to actively seek out and identify individuals or entities interested in becoming franchise owners across multiple geographies and cities. Responsible for meeting organizational targets for franchise development for that geography
  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts and potential franchisees fostering a positive connection and representing the franchise brand effectively Managing Sales Process: Develop implement monitor and review a business strategy that maximizes the online top and bottom line. Oversee the franchise sales process with the team guiding potential franchisees through the necessary steps and providing information on the business
  • Planning and Development: The person will be handling a large team but will also be responsible for ramping up the teams. Provide leadership and advice to senior executives regarding real estate planning development and policy contributing to strategic decisions
  • Supervising Operations: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of the business unit identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. Develop and supervise the operations of new franchisees ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and standards
  • Training and Information: Provide training and information to new franchisees enabling them to successfully operate within the franchise system
  • Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams across brand customer experience deployment finance and strategy to ensure the objectives are met
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ideal candidate should come with MBA with 12 years work experience across sales business development or franchise development domains
  • Passion for EV/ ESG and knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the auto industry
  • Well networked in the franchisee ecosystem
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration both internally and externally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills Demonstrated ability to build and lead highperforming teams that consistently deliver results and exceed expectation
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights and to inform strategy and business development
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced evolving business environment
  • Experience in the infrastructure/ EV charging or similar industry is a plus
  • Requirements is such a strong word. We don t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything listed but you should be able to make a credible case that you ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume
