Role Description
Masai is looking for an Executive Assistance to CEO in our Bengaluru office for a fulltime role. The Executive Assistance will be responsible for providing highlevel administrative support to the CEO managing calendars arranging travel preparing reports and presentations and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. This is an onsite role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in executive assistant or similar roles
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
