Scrum Master Agile Coach fmd

Axpos Group IT has set the ambition to become the best IT Organization of a European Energy company. As part of our IT Transformation we are beginning our journey to shift towards agile ways of working. To shape our journey we are looking for a Scrum Master. You will act as a servant leader and coach our agile teams. You will help educate the various teams in Scrum and Kanban and ensure the agile process is followed.

What you will do:

• You support and guide the (scrum) teams on the iteration execution and the iteration events
• You facilitate and drive the PI (Program Increment) Planning in close collaboration with the Release Train Engineer
• You improve the flow by establishing the team Kanban systems
• You coach the teams in LeanAgile practices and mindsets
• You foster collaboration on the team and facilitate crossteam collaboration
• You contribute to the further development of the agile organization
• You have used Jira or ServiceNow in the past and can help the evolution of the agile processes supported by the tools (e.g. Portfolio dependencies etc.)

What you bring & who you are:

• You have a Bachelors degree in computer science information technology business administration or a related field
• You have leadership experiences with multiple or distributed teams
• You are an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master
• You bring reallife exposure to IT Transformations and have supported organizations transition from a traditional to an agile setup
• Technical affinity in tooling and cloud technologies
• Knowledge in contentrelated topics of DevOps teams
• You speak fluently English and Spanish German is a plus
