What you will do:

• Guide the organization through a transformation journey enhancing data accessibility through selfservice capabilities.
• Design build and maintain essential data pipelines and processing systems for both production and analytics utilizing both opensource and proprietary technologies.
• Enhance data quality through optimization testing and the implementation of advanced tooling.
• Collaborate with software engineers data scientists and stakeholders embracing daily learning and leadership opportunities.
• Participate in agile teams to experiment iterate and deliver on new data platform features and analytics use cases.
• Standardize coding practices and ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards for a smooth transition to modern data practices.

What you bring & who you are:

• A university degree in Information Systems Data Science or a related field.
• A profound curiosity for emerging technologies and a strong foundation in computer science principles.
• Expertise in Python and dbt programming languages.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Snowflake and familiarity with Bitbucket or GitHub.
• Competency in managing highvolume diverse data across various sources and APIs.
• Knowledge in data governance access and storage techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for engaging both business and technical audiences.
• A problemsolving mindset and the ability to adapt in fastpaced environments.
• Fluency in English is essential.
