Embark on an excitingjourney with Axpo Solutions as an Onboarding & Validation Team Lead. This role is crucial for driving precision in deal validation and orchestrating the onboarding of origination contracts across our France and Belgium hubs. Your proactive approach analytical prowess and focus on client satisfaction will enhance our Deal Lifecycle (DLC) and align operational standards with data quality reflecting our organizational excellence.

What you will do:

• Cultivate synergistic partnerships with the Front Office and DLC stakeholders to ensure meticulous validation of origination contracts.
• Impart deal entry expertise to the Front Office steering the operational setup of deals in harmony with crossfunctional teams.
• Strategize and refine deal validation and setup processes within the DLC translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Coordinate the seamless implementation in systems to support critical processes such as logistics portfolio optimization invoicing and local regulatory reporting.
• Monitor onboarding activities ensuring diligent progression and resolution of issues.
• Ensure deals in our ETRM system are congruent with contractual agreements supervising operational alignment across stakeholders.
• Lead a skilled team dedicated to validation and onboarding operations within France and Belgium fostering team unity and goal attainment.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Engineering or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate engage and inspire your team.
• Strong command of deal validation operational setup processes and continuous improvement implementation.
• Familiarity with the energy sectors origination business and ETRM systems.
• Selfdriven resilient and analytical with a profound clientcentric approach.
• Proficiency in both French and English with Dutch being an appreciated asset.
• Willingness to undertake training courses in Switzerland to learn complex structured origination contracts and all systems and processes along the Deal Life Cycle.
