As our Tech Lead youll be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition and product enhancement initiatives. Youll spearhead our expansion beyond Shopify diversifying our presence across multiple platforms.

• Conduct periodic app audits to identify optimization opportunities
• Advocate for and implement best development practices within the team
• Lead the development and maintenance of the app
• Innovate autonomously to introduce exciting new product features
• Streamline our codebase and eliminate legacy inefficiencies
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Collaborate on architectural planning to ensure efficient implementation
• Implement robust testing procedures to uphold code quality
• Optimize application performance to cater to our diverse user base
• Provide exceptional highlevel app support to engage with our valued customers

Youll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with our Fullstack JS developer to drive technical excellence.

Hard Skills:

• 5 years of JavaScript development experience
• Expertise in React and Next.js
• Backend proficiency with any Node.js framework
• Familiarity with Rest API Shopify API experience is a plus
• Strong grasp of MongoDB
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
• Ability to champion architectural patterns within the team
• Proficiency in unit and integration testing
• Comfortable working with legacy codebases
• (Bonus) Previous experience in building Content Management Systems (CMS)

Your Typical Day
