Job Description

Our customer is an European conglomerate and active in urban mobility. A small but growing business unit deals with the provisioning of rental bicycles. The concept is well known: Customers receive a code via mobile phone to open the lock and also when they lock the bike again. Billing for the use takes place to the minute reported on the telephone bill. For the support of inquiries for customer support and for complaint handling we are looking for you (m/f/d) to join the customer service / customer support department.

What you will do in this customer service role:

  • Assist in unlocking bicycle locks
  • Reservations and order confirmation
  • Capture damages and trigger repairs
  • Customer master data maintenance
  • Receive vandalism reports
  • Help with invoice queries

The ideal candidate (m/f/d) for this customer support vacancy:

  • fluent in Dutch
  • PC literacy
  • Empathic listener and persuative speaker
  • customer mindset
  • structured and goaloriented way of working
  • Ability to share knowledge and best practice
