Pipeline Engineer

1. Pipeline Design: Develop detailed plans and specifications for pipeline systems considering factors such as fluid properties pressure requirements terrain and environmental impacts.
   

2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that pipeline projects comply with local state and federal regulations including environmental regulations safety codes and permitting requirements.
   

3. Material Selection: Select appropriate materials for pipeline construction based on factors such as fluid compatibility pressure ratings corrosion resistance and costeffectiveness.
   

4. Construction Oversight: Supervise pipeline construction activities including trenching welding coating and installation of valves and fittings to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
   

5. Integrity Management: Implement integrity management programs to monitor and assess the condition of pipelines including the use of inspection technologies such as smart pigs drones and cathodic protection systems.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification may be preferred.
  
• Minimum of X years of experience in pipeline engineering or a related field with demonstrated knowledge of pipeline design construction and operation.
  
• Proficiency in pipeline design software such as AutoCAD Pipeline Studio or similar tools.
