Construction Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at job sites to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  
• Oversee the work of subcontractors construction workers and other personnel to ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  
• Maintain Quality assurance and adren contractor for neat and quality work at site.
  
• Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules budgets and timelines.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress identify potential issues and ensure safety standards are upheld.
  
• Address any onsite issues or concerns promptly and effectively to minimize delays and disruptions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of project progress including daily reports inspection logs and change orders.
  
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders including clients architects engineers and regulatory authorities.
  
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  
• Provide guidance training and support to construction team members to promote professional growth and development.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in construction business management or engineering preferred.
  
• Proven experience working in construction supervision or a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and techniques.
  
• Understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
