Lead Engineer

Midwest multidisciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Lead Engineer to their team in Orlando!

Responsibilities:

• Manage large complex projects
  
• Manage office performance including client satisfaction project schedule project budget billings and QA/QC
  
• Evaluate staff performance and provide advice/expertise
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Provide knowledge transfer/training opportunities
  
• Assist with staffing needs utilization hiring and training
  
• Lead business development efforts
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Prepare proposals and participate in project interviews
  
• Provide QA/QC of engineering projects
  

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 10 years of design and project management experience for stormwater transportation utility and/or general civil projects
  
• PE License or ability to obtain reciprocity
  
• Experience writing reports business correspondence and proposals
  
• Experience making presentations and responding to questions from managers clients customers and general public
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
