Job Description
Growing manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls is looking to add a Customer Service / Accounting Assistant to their team. Past customer service experience in manufacturing or a technical industry is ideal. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service / Accounting Assistant:
- Learn the company products and their production timelines
- Enter sales orders change orders and blanket orders
- Assist customers being proactive to their needs and provide fast courteous responses
- Resolve customer issues and build professional relationships
- Provide office admin support including filing and supporting the shipping department with documentation
- Maintain company records such as meeting notes or audit logs
- Process A/R invoices daily make daily labor corrections manage freight billing analyze credit card bills and vouchers
Requirements
Requirements of the Customer Service / Accounting Assistant:
- Proficient with Word and Excel / Access is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- 35 years of customer service experience
- 12 years of experience with shipping paperwork
- 12 years of accounting experience or Associate Degree is a plus
