Job Description:
- Minimum 5 years experience in of billing center
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of a cross functional team of both business and technical resources
- Knowledge of best practices and processes related to the delivery of waterfall and agile methodologies
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experienced in innovative problem solving
- Current knowledge of latest developments and leading practices in program management i.e knowledge of PMBOK
- Guide and familiar with best practices in other industries sectors or jurisdictions related to program management methodologies
Requirements
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Guidewire or GW certifications (BC)
- Experience with a GW Cloud Migration
- Experience managing multiples partners/ complexity
- Experience managing offshore teams
- Strong QA background
