The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruiting at reSAWN TIMBER co. to help us grow our most valuable asset our people. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit for all departments and for all positions from entrylevel unskilled light manufacturing to Manager and Director level positions. This position works with all levels of management in a collaborative environment to recommend solutions and address business needs. This role will report to the VP of Finance & HR. Position will work 8:305pm MF flexibility for hybrid schedule but most be able to come into the Telford PA office several days a week. Salary range isplus benefits.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
5 years experience recruiting for positions at various levels and country wide
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
Excellent computer skills
General knowledge of various employment laws as they relate to recruiting
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
Skilled in database management and record keeping
Ensure confidentiality throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
Ability to travel for recruitment meetings and career/job fairs
Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing at all levels and enjoy working
in a team environment
Entrepreneurialminded driven to succeed and a commitment to driving results
Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trust
Ability to make decisions offer strong recommendations and take responsibility for results
Selfstarter who can work independently within existing processes or operate effectively with
ambiguity

RESPONSIBILITIES
Full cycle recruiting/sourcing active and passive candidates for Entry to Manager Roles for
manufacturing sales marketing and project management office support. For example:
Manufacturing Assistants
Manufacturing Supervisors
Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Assistant
Project Manager
Sales Associate
Work with department managers to understand their recruiting needs
Evaluate candidate applications to ensure they meet position requirements
Conduct phone screens help select candidates and schedule interviews accordingly
Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates
Meet regularly with the HR Manager regarding the status of recruiting efforts
Research and utilize new sources for candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified candidates
Work with our Marketing team to establish reSAWN as an Employer of Choice
Coordinate career/job fairs at reSAWN s campus colleges and VocTech schools
Foster relationships before and after career/job fairs to ensure ROI
Assist with HR Administrative tasks as time allows or as needed
