We are passionate about creating and we are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. User Research:
Conduct user research to understand user needs preferences and behaviors.
Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to visualize design ideas.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
3. UI Design:
Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent branding and design across all products.
4. Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Use testing results to refine designs and enhance user experience.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and development efforts.
Communicate design ideas and decisions effectively.
6. Stay Updated:
Keep uptodate with industry trends design tools and best practices.
Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
1. Education:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design HCI or a related field.
2. Experience:
years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and the ability to explain design decisions.
3. Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma etc.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with frontend development technologies is a plus.
4. Communication:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to present and defend design decisions to crossfunctional teams.
5. ProblemSolving:
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically about user interactions.
