Job Description

DearCoffee is on the lookout for an astute Sales Manager to spearhead our Amazon sales initiatives. With a deeprooted passion for coffee and a knack for ecommerce dynamics youll be the caffeinated heartbeat driving our online sales team towards brewing up a storm in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and enact strategic sales plans tailored to fortify Dear Coffee handles stronghold on Amazon and brew up expansive market success.
  • Infuse the sales team with your leadership serving as the grind behind their motivation skill enhancement and goalsmashing performances.
  • Mull over sales data and market trends extracting robust strategies that resonate with customer delight and froth up our growth.
  • Cultivate robust beanstalks of relationships with pivotal Amazon shoppers negotiating terms that secure our businesss vitality and customer loyalty.
  • Crosspollinate efforts with our marketing bees and product development aficionados to align sales strategies with our brands aroma.
  • Keep your nose to the ground sniffing out the competitive landscape to identify both growth beans and potential pests tailoring our sales strategies as needed.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance distilling insightful forecasts to set the next batch of goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration or Sales. A Masters brew is a bonus!
  • Proven track record in sales management preferably with Amazon as your former playground.
  • Exceptional leadership brewskis and the ability to turn a group of individuals into a team thats stronger than a double espresso.
  • Datadriven strategic mentality you see the patterns in the coffee grounds.
  • Stellar communication skills able to negotiate like a barista handles latte art with finesse.
  • CRM knowhow and a knack for using sales performance tools to keep track of all the beans.
  • Adaptability in the whirlwind of a fastpaced ecommerce environment.
  • Coffee passion is a must you should know your Arabica from your Robusta and market trends should be your regular morning read.

Performance Metrics:

  • Sales Growth: Beancount a 20% increase in Amazon sales revenue during the first year.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a robust Javaworthy minimum of 4.5 stars on Amazon and ensure 95% of our customers are as satisfied as a cat in a sunbeam.
  • Team Performance: Your team should be hitting the quarterly sales targets like shots of espresso no decaf all fullcaff successes!
