Product Manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in the product management arena with some of that time spent playing in the HRIS or productivity tool sandbox.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching products in a fastpaced technologydriven environment.
• Not stranger to the tech side of thingsAPIs workflows you name it.
• Can craft PRDs that are clear concise and compelling.
• Team player

Responsibilities:

• Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring that our HRIS and productivity tools align with our clients digital transformation goals.
• Write comprehensive PRDs to articulate user experience designs and technical specifications clearly.
• Plan and manage API data workflows for thirdparty integrations facilitating seamless data exchange and enhancing product functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering design sales and marketing teams to define product strategy and prioritize features based on market and customer insights.
• Conduct indepth stakeholder interviews and industry analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
• Monitor product performance metrics and gather feedback from users and stakeholders to guide continuous improvement.
