Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Advisor youll be the voice of our clients providing exceptional service to consumers. From responding to inquiries via phone lines to maintaining accurate data input youll ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority. With your problemsolving and troubleshooting skills youll tackle challenges headon offering recommendations and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Higher
• Native/Fluent Czech
• Good level of English (C1)
• Excellent ProblemSolving and Troubleshooting Skills
