Job Description
Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via email phone and chat
- Assist customers with product recommendations and order processing
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus
