Swedish-speaking Back Office Specialist

In partnership withDavid Kennedy Recruitment we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Swedishspeaking Back Office Specialist to join their teams in Athens to support a project related to banking.

Position: Back Office Specialist (Swedish)

Location: Athens Greece (onsite)

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately inputting updating and maintaining records and databases
• Providing administrative assistance such as scheduling managing emails administering user profiles
• Reviewing documents data or processes to ensure accuracy compliance and adherence to organizational standards and policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• C1 level of Swedish and English language
• An exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks in a timely manner and for prolonged period of time
• Problemsolving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
