In collaboration we areworking with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team in Bucharest. As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in bridging communication between the contact centre team and their esteemed Chinese client. You will be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.

Location: Bucharest Romania (onsite)

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a Chinese client of a BPO facilitating clear communication and understanding between all parties involved
  • Coordinate and manage operational activities within the contact centre to meet the clients expectations and requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and enhance service quality
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to the contact centre team based on the clients needs to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to the client on operational performance and key metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency English is essential Romanian language knowledge will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and awareness of Chinese culture and business culture experience in managing business with Chinese colleagues or on a Chinese market will be an advantage
  • Be based in Romania and willing to relocate to Bucharest if not already living there
  • Proven experience in operations management preferably within the BPO industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results in a fastpaced environment
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
