Reporting to the CIO the ideal candidate serves as a Cyber Security Engineer responsible for design development and implementation of IT Governance and Audits. You will collaborate with IT and other departments for incident response BCP DR and other functions within cyber security. You will identify and update processes and procedures related to cyber security and all other areas as deemed necessary.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience/certification
- Five (5) years of total experience in IT
- Two (2) years of collective experience in the following:
- Creating and Maintaining IT Governance plans and procedures.
- Experience working in or with security functions such as SOC CIRT security engineering risk management vulnerability management.
- Technical infrastructure operations administration or engineering
- Cybersecurity frameworks (like NIST SOC2 HIPAA)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Current information security certifications such as: Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) CompTIA Security and ISC2 CISSP
- Broad exposure to a wide range of IT security technologies
- Development project management
- Good written and verbal communication skills and problemsolving ability
- Familiar with security operations centers and incident response work
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and maintaining runbooks for DR BCP and Tabletop exercises.
- Identifies investigates and resolves cybersecurity problems.
- Utilizing/maintaining Vendor Management Application Management Patch Management MDR and email protection products and services.
- Managing penetration tests and other cyber security engagements.
- Provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of jobrelevant issues products systems and processes.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functionspecific procedures.
- Applies knowledge/judgment to achieve business goals.
- Keeps uptodate technically and applies new knowledge to job.
- Performs other reasonable duties as required for this position.
