Job Description
A Specialist Highways & Transport Planning consultancy are currently recruiting for a CAD Technician with the ability to competently use AutoCAD to design a range of Highways schemes, from Roundabouts to Road Adoptions.
You will be joining a single office SME in Wakefield that has a really close team all working together on a mixture of Highways Engineering and Transport Planning schemes. As a CAD Technician, it will be your role to assist with the designs using AutoCAD and then eventually Civil 3D & MicroDrain****** following training. You'll also be assisting with junction modelling using ARCADY, PICADY and LINSIG. Projects a UK wide not just in Wakefield, further expanding your variation in work.
