Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highperforming candidate who can handle HR Process & Policy Implementation Recruitment HR Compliance ensuring accuracy in HR processes .HR Manger is to help us meet our training and development plans. Candidate must be well versed with all HR verticals.
Responsibilities:
* HR managers are responsible for planning and achieving organizational objectives. They usually engage in identifying preparing and executing business goals with toplevel executives. Administration and audit of physical amenities available for Employees.
* HR managers need to train and upskill the employees to maximize their return on investment. However if the recruits already have a few years of experience managers might only need to train them about company policies and Induction.
* Standard operating procedures like Antiharassment and nondiscrimination Paid leaves sick leaves and timeoff benefits Meal and break periods Time Tracking Employee attendance and punctuality. Prepare Job Role for all the employees.
* Developing and implementing databases and data collection systems. Working with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities. Preparing reports for the management stating trends patterns and predictions using relevant data
* Interact with Local Administration and various Govt. authorities to handle situations arising out of law and order problems industrial relations and related issues.
* Examining employee performance records to identify the scopes of improvement and arranging training workshops to upskill them. It is also vital to have an opendoor policy so that employees can communicate their problems freely. This helps improve employee job satisfaction and retain talent.
* Resolving the conflict on the work place like Salary Issue Interpersonal and Intrapersonal conflict.HR managers also hold the right to fire an employee.
* Based on the performance and other factors like punctuality. The biggest benefit of rewarding workers is that it creates a desire for other employees to excel at their job
in the hope of getting incentives.
* Find the basic need of the employees (providing the material and equipment s) teamwork for granted address the future listen learn and lead to engage your employees.

* Coordinating with other department for HR support functions.
