What s on offer:
This consultancy will support a strong design engineer who wants to drive, manage and deliver projects. No BD, people management, this is a design and delivery-focused role.
At the Design level - You will increase your technical knowledge, get elbows deep in design and take a more front-end client-facing role. Avail of the best design and analysis programs and hands-on training.

More senior - If you are a Senior or Associate that has hit the ceiling in your current firm and wants to write your own career, this company will facilitate that desire.
Salaries will depend on the level of experience.

A typical day:
All of the usual stuff you are familiar with

• Structural design, delivery and project management
• Use of all the standard software programs
• Liaise with clients, architects and builders
• Site inspections and construction observations
• Collaborate with and support the rest of your team

Your talents:

• Australian consultancy experience is a must (sorry not my call)
• Degree qualified and NER/CPEng are appealing
• Demonstrated RC framing experience
• Hoping you can point at a big building and say "I designed that"
• A people person with good communication skills
• Ability to manage projects
• Passionate about what you do
• Excellent communication skills
