Job Title : Contract Management

Location: Rosemead CA

Duration: 18 months

Schedule: 8am5pm Monday Friday

Job Description:

• Manages a portfolio of grid interconnection agreements from contract execution through contract termination.
• Acts as primary point of contact for interconnection customers developers and internal partners.
• Leads meetings develops agendas summarizes and documents decisions and action items.
• Manages and tracks the status of project milestones issuing permissiontooperate and monitoring final trueup of construction costs.
• Resolves billing operational and contractual issues.
• Supports audits and/or data requests by researching and analyzing information policies procedures and tariff rules.
• Prepares reports maintains accurate contract data in SCEs internal databases and systems.
• Initiates leads or participates in crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Education Requirement

• Associate degree

Required Skills:

• Five or more years of overall experience in contract or program management.
• Experience working with contract regulations and agreements.

Desired Skills/Attributes:

• Experience managing or reviewing regulatory agreements/contracts related to FERC and/or CPUC regulatory tariffs.
• Bachelors Degree.
• Electric Utility Industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio
