Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They are responsible for building and maintaining successful relationships with potential clients and partners actively participating in the development and implementation of the companys business development strategies and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers partnerships products and services.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients partners and projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners through regular communication meetings and networking events.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and operations to ensure the successful implementation of business development strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Guiding the development of marketing materials and sales strategies to support business development initiatives.
  • Staying current with industry trends market activities and competitors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and selfmotivated.
