We are looking for Auxiliary Design/ Packaging Designer Steam Turbine & Centrifugal Compressor with 3 to 15 Yrs of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.
Key Skills: Auxiliary Design/ Packaging Steam Turbine & Centrifugal Compressor
Note: Candidate shall be willing to work at customer location.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the Mechanical design for Steam Turbine driven Compressor and Generator applications Electric Motors and Turboexpanders.
Introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity.
Responsible for maintaining and incorporating new costeffective solutions for designs.
Requirements
Consistency of drafting with respect to inputs completeness of input with respect to customer requirements/ Standards and documentation delivery according to planning
Main items selection (control /on off valve boosters heaters) according to customer requirements/ standards
Good knowledge of international standards & practices
3D Modeling: Component/accessory design & tolerancing drafting BoM fulfilment and management (NX preferred)
Conceptual Design Drafting and Detailed Design
Stress Analysis: Piping stress analysis using std Tool (CAESAR)Post processing and result interpretation Corrective action proposal Calculation Report draw up Support definition Model consistency check and correction
BOM/Document Preparation (Purchasing specs)
TCE experience
Support ITO conceptual design
Mechanical Engineer experience in Turbo machinery skid piping
Experience using International standards API ASME ANSI
