What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading Quality Culture Transformation: Champion a culture of continuous improvement aiming for cost savings quality enhancements and safety advancements.
  
• Maintaining ISO Standards: Oversee the quality system ensuring ISO quality standards are consistently met across operations including performing as the ISO Management Representative.
  
• Process Improvement: Utilize lean methodologies to identify prioritize and address quality issues fostering an environment of efficiency and excellence.
  
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Control personnel overseeing hiring training performance reviews and departmental strategies to ensure operational excellence.
  
• CrossDepartment Collaboration: Work closely with all department heads to coordinate efforts aimed at reducing scrap and addressing quality concerns effectively.
  

Youre Probably a Match If You Have:

• A Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field with 58 years of relevant experience especially in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.
  
• Proficiency in Inspection and Quality Control methods techniques and equipment with a preference for experience in the label printing industry.
  
• A deep understanding of Microsoft Office Software and the ability to quickly adapt to specialized software programs.
