SEO Analyst

This is a remote position.

***W2 or Self Inc Only / no subcontracting (no C2C / no Corp to Corp)***

Support global and local SEO execution. It is a crucial role in improving online visibility as well as driving organic traffic the websites. The main responsibility will be to collaborate with local marketing and revenue teams to optimize all aspects of the website content to increase rankings on search engine result pages (SERPs).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Conductor SEMrush Ahrefs or Google Keyword Planner to identify highvalue keywords relevant to the business or industry.
  
• OnPage Optimization: Optimize website content meta tags titles and descriptions to improve organic search visibility and clickthrough rates.
  
• Technical SEO Audits: Assist in performing technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that could impact search engine crawling and indexing such as broken links site speed and mobile friendliness.
  
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize new and existing content for SEO ensuring alignment with target keywords and search intent.
  
• Link Building: Develop and execute linkbuilding strategies to acquire highquality backlinks from authoritative websites improving domain authority and search rankings.
  
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities and trends informing strategic decisionmaking.
  
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools like Conductor Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track key SEO metrics such as organic traffic keyword rankings and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports to communicate insights and performance to stakeholders.
  
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends algorithm updates and best practices in SEO to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Bachelors degree in marketing communications computer science or related field.
  
• Deep understanding of using SEO platforms (i.e. Conductor SEM Rush Ahrefs etc.) to perform competitive analysis track/report on performance keyword research content optimization and technical SEO audits.
  
• Proven experience as an SEO analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush Ahrefs Moz or similar platforms.
  
• Solid understanding of Schemas HTML CSS and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and draw actionable insights.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally with content creators developers and marketers.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
