Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri!
About Us:
We are a critical access facility located in the heart of rural Missouri committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. With 25 staffed beds we pride ourselves on delivering personalized care in a supportive environment.
Position Type: Fulltime Day and Night Shift
Shift Schedule: 3 (12hour shifts)
Department Specializations: Medical/Surgical Obstetrics (OB) Emergency Room (ER)
Compensation:
- Starting LPN Rate: $24/Hour
- Night Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour
- Weekend Differential: $2.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Missouri
- BLS certification required; ACLS PALS and NRP certifications preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
