We are in the final stages of shaping our staff and we re excited to announce a job opening for the role of Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate.
As we continue to expand our team we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual able to work a flexible overnight schedule filling the role of Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate. In addition to excellent customer service skills a background in the hotel or hospitality industry is necessary for success.

Responsibilities:
Conduct the daily audit and reconciliation of all financial transactions including guest folios cash handling credit card transactions and accounts receivable.
Verify the accuracy of guest accounts charges and credits and rectify any discrepancies promptly.
Generate detailed reports summarizing the hotels financial activity during the night shift.
Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with the checkin and checkout process for latenight arrivals and early departures.
Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras performing security checks and following established procedures.
Collaborate with other hotel departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to address any operational needs during the night shift.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities during the shift.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible schedule.
Experience in a similar role preferably in the hotel industry.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient computer skills including experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and accounting software.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality with a track record of consistently meeting work schedules and deadlines.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct maintaining confidentiality and handling financial transactions with honesty and discretion.
Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues from different departments to achieve common goals.
Reliable transportation and flexibility with working hours
