- Development of user-centered UX/UI concepts of various software solutions in interdisciplinary teams Carrying out user research and usability tests as well as transferring the collected findings into intuitive user interfaces
- Applying usability knowledge and methods to ensure a positive user experience of various products Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in cross functional teams to align on design goals and priorities.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our digital products. Establish and enforce design standards and guidelines to promote cohesive user experiences
