Sr Software Engineer

1. Responsibilities

• Drive the appropriate use & implementation of technology to deliver high quality solutions that delight our customers.
• Develop maintainable and highly scalable multitier SaaS applications with webbased and desktopbased software product on the Microsoft
• Technology stack (VS 201X /C/ Java/.NET Core/ C# / Javascript/ExtJS).
• Work in Agile teams following Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver high quality products on time with performance and localization requirements in mind.
• Build test and deliver high quality complex frameworks and systems and diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Develop applications utilizing Hybrid Cloud technologies (SaaS. Paas IaaS)
• Generate innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues.
• Mentor lessexperienced staff in their career development and provide them daily guidance and direction.
• Select and implement development tools and coordinate technical standards within a development team.
• Understand the use of technology and how its implementation affects strategic business goals.
• Conduct technical research to improve the development environment / best practices.
  
  

2. Requirements

• 5 years of programming experience with C SQL Server/Oracle technology stack.
• experience with Java/C# programing.
• experience developing Single Page Applications using Angular or similar technologies
• Development and delivery experience with multitier SaaS products with responsive design webbased clients.
• Demonstrated experience in web and desktop development
• Proficient in objectoriented design and development using SOLID design principles and design patterns.
• Quality and test first development mindset
• Deep technical knowledge in Continuous Integration and Delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL database design TSQL and stored procedures.
• Able to define and adhere to technical standards within a development team.
• Ability to strongly influence peers and technical staff within the team.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial external customerfacing software development experience is highly desired / preferred.
• Production experience in developing and deploying from inception to completion of Hybrid Cloud Applications
• Demonstrated experience developing or deploying MicroServices a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Service Fabric Containers VSTS Application Insights Azure AD Service Bus API Management).
• Successful track record delivering high quality products while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies.
