Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred data analytics degree is preferred
- Preferred knowledge: MarTech tools / knowledge Adobe Analytics Fullstory Qualtrics Microsoft Power BI
- 3 plus years of digital data analytics experience
Must have:
- Proficiency in analyzing digital operational session replay VOC and customer call center data to derive meaningful insights.
- Experience with various MarTech applications such as Adobe Analytics Fullstory Qualtrics and Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of web analytics principles and tools for tracking and analyzing website performance and user behavior.
- Familiarity with audience creation and management in Adobe Audience Manager for leveraging audience data in insights generation.
