Position: Workday Project Manager

Location: Hybrid position based in Plymouth Minnesota. Must work 3 days/week onsite.

Duration: 6 month contract potential to extend

Ideal Skills: HCM domain experience. Workday implementation experience

We need someone who not only has the technical experience listed but someone who is an excellent communicator that can partner with business stakeholders.

This person must be able to collaborate and partner well with business partners. Seeking a tenured PM who can help drive accountability manage the project plan ensure compliance to IT PMO deliverables & manage risk and escalations appropriately.

Project Overview:

• Client is about to undergo a Workday implementation project for the Americas implementing the HCM Suite with Payroll and the Talent module.
• They are using a partner for the implementation efforts; however need a Sr. PM on the client side to lead the project.
• Candidate must have HCM implementation experience working with 3^rd party SI partner.
• Must have experience working with project sponsors stakeholders internal IT teams and external partners.
