Job Title: Influencer Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand products and services. You will work closely with marketing social media and creative teams to identify recruit and manage influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness drive engagement and generate leads.

2. Identify and research potential influencers who align with our brand values target audience and marketing objectives.

3. Build and maintain relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration.

4. Negotiate and manage contracts budgets and deliverables with influencers to ensure successful campaigns.

5. Coordinate content creation and distribution with influencers ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

7. Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging platforms in influencer marketing.

8. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing social media PR and creative to integrate influencer marketing into overall marketing strategies.

9. Maintain a database of influencers including contact information performance metrics and campaign history.

10. Provide regular reports and updates on influencer marketing activities to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field.

Proven experience in influencer marketing preferably within the consumer goods or lifestyle industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.

Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms such as influencer databases and analytics tools.

Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.

Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in influencer marketing.
