Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Designer/WordPress Developer with 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI design and WordPress with a focus on website design and SEO optimization. As a Website Developer you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and userfriendly websites while ensuring they are optimized for search engines.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in designing highquality graphics and impactful visual content for website.
- Develop and maintain WordPressbased websites.
- Design & Develop visually stunning and responsive websites that align with Datoms Product vision
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs.
- Collaborate content creators and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Conduct thorough SEO analysis and implement strategies to optimize websites for search engines.
- Monitor website performance identify issues and implement solutions to improve site speed usability and overall SEO ranking.
- Stay updated on the latest web development trends technologies and SEO best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing websites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field.
- 13 years of proven experience working as a Web UI Designer/WordPress Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in WordPress development including theme and plugin development customization and maintenance.
- Core experience in software such as Photoshop Illustrator XD Figma.
- Understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and mobilefirst design principles.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush etc.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
