The senior AI technical lead of Cognitive Futures & Frontier Technologies plays a pivotal role in steering the group towards innovation and efficiency in the administration of IP Rights management. This individual is the linchpin that connects the diverse expertise of full stack developers machine learning engineers and cloud engineers to create a cohesive unit that not only understands AI/ML technologies but also applies them to revolutionise traditional processes.

The senior AI technical lead is responsible for setting the technical vision for the team ensuring that the latest and most effective AI/ML techniques and technologies are being utilised to their full potential. This role involves a blend of handson development work and strategic planning requiring the technical lead to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

The candidate will have:

• Experience leading technical teams
  
• Experience in software development (Python TypeScript JavaScript Vue.js)
  
• Experience with DevOps and MLOps
  
• Experience with Commercial Cloud Platforms (preferably AWS)
  
• Strong commitment to testing and software quality assurance
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Relevant experience and qualifications in software engineering
